Win an ARC of The Marathon Conspiracy, at Quirky Bookworm

Jessica Howard, also known as Quirky Bookworm, is giving away an ARC of The Marathon Conspiracy.

Just head on over to Quirky Bookworm and enter a comment to be in the running.  Competition ends 4th June 2014.

ARC is publisher speak for advance reader copy.  It's a version of the book printed before we've got all the bugs out.  Publishers do a small print run of these so that some lucky readers can see early copies.  After the book's released, the ARCs become something of a curiousity item.

Gary, a bit off-topic since I already own a copy of The Marathon Conspiracy. :-) I have an ARC of Sacred Games, and I reviewed it prior to publication date plus loaned it to a friend who's on the library board in hopes of getting the series into circulation in our library network.

I know it's wrong to sell the ARC or give it to an organization that will sell it, but I've seen that it's okay to give ARCs to prisons, shelters, etc. How would you feel about the Sacred Games ARC going to a women's shelter about five miles from my home?

I'd be honoured, Jane. Please do.

Hello Gary! Quick question is MC the last book or will there be more?

Hi Moirae Thefates,

I guarantee there will be more books.

The next one is written and in production. Its title will be Death Ex Machina. The one after that I am writing now, and I better finish it because it's under contract.

The roadmap stretches well past that! Nico & Diotima have some distance to go in their storied lives.

Welcome to the blog. May I compliment you on your internet name?
