On nurturing creativity

So here I am, watching and listening, thinking, "Wow, this is a really cool writing video Gary posted." And then I laughed out loud around 7:00 when Gilbert mentioned Ancient Greece.

Seriously though, that is a great video with a great message for all of us trying to be creative. Now I know I always have someone to blame when I'm slogging through writing a scene or reading a page I thought was great, but is really a steaming pile of donkey dung.

Not only that, but I've always wanted my own house elf genius. :)

Yeah, I sort of didn't mention that to see who noticed.

I rather liked the bit about ashes in the mouth and "I am doomed."
